Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

•  Dust and wipe all surfaces, baseboards, and windowsills.

•  Clean doors, light switches, vents, and ceiling fans.

•  Vacuum and mop all floors, including closets and edges.

•  Clean interior windows, tracks, and blinds.

•  Spot-clean or wipe down walls as needed.

•  Remove all trash and debris (if more than a bag of trash, extra charges will apply)

•  Clean and degrease stovetop, oven, range hood, and backsplash.

•  Clean inside/outside of microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

•  Wipe all cabinets and drawers (inside/outside).

•  Clean countertops and sink; polish faucets and stainless surfaces.

•  Vacuum and mop floors

•  Scrub showers, tubs, and grout; sanitize sinks and counters.

•  Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out.

•  Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures.

•  Wipe cabinets, drawers, and vanities (inside/outside).

•  Vacuum and mop floors.

•  Dust blinds, vents, and ceiling fans.

•  Clean closet shelves, doors, and tracks.

•  Vacuum carpets/floors and mop hard floors.

•  Clean interior window glass and tracks.

•  Wipe walls, trim, and any scuff marks.

•  Clean washer and dryer (inside/outside, lint trap included).

•  Wipe shelving, doors, and utility sinks.

•  Vacuum and mop floors.

•  Check for cobwebs and dust in less-visible corners.

•  Remove cobwebs

•  Clean front door in and out, including any side glass.

•  Sweep or blow debris off porch/entryway.

•  Vacuum and mop interior entryway.

•  Sweep floors

•  Remove trash

•  Remove all trash, supplies, and cleaning materials.

•  Perform full visual walkthrough for overlooked spots.
